Ice Packs & Thermal Packaging
To keep your chocolates and confections safe in the heat, we offer insulated thermal packaging with ice packs. Ice packs typically provide cooling protection for up to 24–48 hours, depending on transit conditions.
We strongly recommend selecting this option during summer months, when shipping to warmer states, or if temperatures are expected to be over 70°F. For longer distances, please reach out to us about expedited shipping options (UPS 2-Day or Next Day) to ensure your order arrives fresh and delicious.

We offer local delivery (often same day before 5 PM) and nationwide UPS shipping.
UPS orders placed after 4 PM ship the next business day.
We don’t ship after Thursdays to avoid weekend delays.
All items are bubble-wrapped; thermal packaging and dry ice are recommended in warm months.
We don’t guarantee against melting, and no refunds are issued for heat damage if ice/thermal packaging wasn’t selected.
