Order Processing
Unless otherwise instructed, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt and ship it out as soon as possible. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST for local or nationwide delivery will be processed the following business day.

Local & Courier Delivery

We offer local delivery to the Five Towns and surrounding areas. Fees by location:

  • Atlantic Beach – $20

  • Cedarhurst – $10

  • East Rockaway – $10

  • Far Rockaway – $20

  • Garden City – $20

  • Hewlett – $10

  • Inwood – $10

  • Island Park – $15

  • Lawrence – $10

  • Long Beach – $20

  • Lynbrook – $10

  • Malverne – $15

  • Mineola – $20

  • Oceanside – $12

  • Rockville Centre – $15

  • Valley Stream North (11580) – $10

  • Valley Stream South (11581) – $10

  • Woodmere – $10

For deliveries outside of these areas, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

Local delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
Same-day delivery is available in the above areas, though we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Additional fees may apply for rush or time-specific deliveries.

We do not guarantee delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses. No refunds or credits will be issued for orders with inaccurate information.

We generally contact the recipient before delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the gift. If a redelivery is required, an additional charge may apply.

Nationwide Shipping via UPS

We offer nationwide UPS Ground shipping at a flat rate of $28.95 per shipment.

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please include full addresses with apartment/suite numbers where applicable.

  • UPS Ground does not deliver on weekends. Orders placed at the end of the week may be held until Monday to prevent weekend storage.

  • Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange.

Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may delay shipping.

Warm Weather Shipping Policy

We take precautions when shipping to warm or hot climates, but we are not responsible for melting.

Warm weather shipping guidelines:

  • Orders ship Monday–Wednesday during warmer months (temperatures above 74°F).

  • Overnight shipments may be sent on Thursdays.

  • We include cooling materials as needed, which may incur an additional charge.

  • For longer UPS Ground transit times, we will contact you to discuss expedited shipping options.

If your package is left in a mailbox, parcel box, or direct sunlight, even briefly, it may melt. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or consider using a business address.

From June to September, all states are considered warm-weather destinations and may require Next Day Delivery and/or special packaging. Additional fees may apply.
